BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – BFSI SECTOR

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the BFSI sector, including new markets, growth areas, industry trends, customers, strategic partnerships, products, and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the BFSI sector, driving revenue growth through strategic account management and solution selling.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions to understand business needs and align them with our technology solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention by coordinating post-sales support and follow-ups.
  • Drive revenue growth from existing BFSI accounts by recognizing client needs and offering additional or upgraded solutions.
  • Maximize revenue from existing BFSI clients through upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion.
  • Oversee the development and timely submission of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and tender responses specific to the BFSI sector.
  • Ensure all submissions are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client requirements and expectations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • CIM or any other equivalent qualification.
  • Having good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Proven 4- 5 years’ experience in IT solution sales, with a strong background in the BFSI sector.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
