ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the BFSI sector, including new markets, growth areas, industry trends, customers, strategic partnerships, products, and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the BFSI sector, driving revenue growth through strategic account management and solution selling.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions to understand business needs and align them with our technology solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention by coordinating post-sales support and follow-ups.
- Drive revenue growth from existing BFSI accounts by recognizing client needs and offering additional or upgraded solutions.
- Maximize revenue from existing BFSI clients through upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion.
- Oversee the development and timely submission of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and tender responses specific to the BFSI sector.
- Ensure all submissions are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client requirements and expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
- CIM or any other equivalent qualification.
- Having good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Proven 4- 5 years’ experience in IT solution sales, with a strong background in the BFSI sector.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
