BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – CYBER SECURITY  

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including emerging markets, growth segments, industry trends, potential customers, and strategic partnerships, with a focused approach on selling cybersecurity services.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen client relationships while proactively identifying opportunities to increase the adoption and expansion of products and services.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions in close alignment with customer requirements, business objectives, and service expectations.
  • Oversee the development and timely submission of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and tender responses specific to cybersecurity solutions.
  • Ensure all submissions are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client requirements and expectations.
  • Maintain a strong and updated understanding of the company’s cybersecurity portfolio, services, and overall value proposition to effectively position solutions in the market.
  • Drive high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring proactive communication, smooth onboarding, and effective coordination of post-sales support whenever required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • CIM or any other equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proven 4–5 years of experience in cyber security industry, with a consistent track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of security products (e.g., SIEM, EDR, Endpoint Security) is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
