ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive new business development across Enterprise accounts by strategically identifying high-value growth opportunities and delivering scalable, performance-driven networking solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while accelerating sales growth through customized enterprise solutions tailored to evolving business requirements.
- Ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and sustained account retention by proactively coordinating post-sales support, conducting regular follow-ups, and driving continuous engagement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing Enterprise clients.
- Drive overall sales performance by consistently achieving and exceeding defined sales targets, revenue objectives, and market share expansion across assigned Enterprise segments.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline for Enterprise clients, including lead qualification, opportunity progression, forecasting accuracy, and timely deal closure.
- Oversee the development and timely submission of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and ensure all submissions are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client requirements and expectations.
- Stay continuously updated on industry regulations, technology trends, and best practices affecting Enterprise clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- CIM or any other equivalent qualification.
- Having good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Proven 4- 5 years’ experience in IT solution sales and Marketing field.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
